NDIS Home Modifications service areas
We handle NDIS home modifications throughout these Townsville suburbs.
Housing stock varies enough across Townsville that it genuinely changes a job — high-set Queenslanders in the older, established suburbs need a different ramp approach than slab-on-ground homes further out, and coastal-adjacent areas see more corrosion wear on existing steelwork and fixings. Pick your suburb below for what's specific to it, or get in touch directly if you're not sure which applies to your property.
NDIS Home Modifications Aitkenvale
Aitkenvale QLD 4814
We work across Aitkenvale on access and bathroom modifications, ramps, rails and doorway widening. Tell us what's difficult about the home as it stands now and we'll assess it and put a scope in writing.
NDIS Home Modifications Kirwan
Kirwan QLD 4817
Kirwan is largely single-storey housing on flat blocks, which usually keeps ramp and level-access work straightforward. We measure the approach, the thresholds and the bathroom, and quote from those measurements.
NDIS Home Modifications North Ward
North Ward QLD 4810
North Ward has a lot of older raised Queenslanders, and they bring their own access questions — stair rise, landing space, and whether the block allows a ramp to meet a usable gradient at all. We assess what the site can actually take.
NDIS Home Modifications Annandale
Annandale QLD 4814
In Annandale we cover bathroom modifications, ramps, rails and general access work. We look at how the home gets used day to day rather than working down a checklist, then set the scope with you.
NDIS Home Modifications Douglas
Douglas QLD 4814
Douglas sits by the hospital and university precinct. We handle access and bathroom modification work here, and we're glad to work in with an occupational therapist's recommendations where one is involved.
