What happens after you get in touch

Tell us what's difficult about the property as it stands — getting in, getting to the bathroom, using the shower, turning a corner. If an occupational therapist has already written a report, that's the single most useful thing you can send; if not, we can still quote work you already know you need. We'll arrange to look at the property, check circulation and structure, and set out an itemised scope and quote so an OT or plan manager can match it line by line. There's no charge for the quote and no obligation to proceed.
